Development of model on community based rehabilitation and quality of life improvement for persons affected with leprosy Abstract A summary of the resource. การพัฒนารูปแบบการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนโดยชุมชนการศึกษาเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนโดยใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐาน โดยการศึกษาประสบการณ์ชีวิต กระบวนการและกลไกทางสังคมที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินชีวิตของผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อน และนำความรู้ที่ได้มาพัฒนารูปแบบการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพของผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนโดยชุมชน ระยะเวลาดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ปีในระยะแรกเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยผู้วิจัยเข้าไปอาศัยอยู่ใน 2 หมู่บ้าน ตำบลตลาดไทรอำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน จากการศึกษาชุมชนโดยใช้เครื่องมือทางมานุษยวิทยา ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนในชุมชนมีปัญหาและการแก้ปัญหาแตกต่างกันไปตามระดับความพิการของร่างกายที่ปรากฏ ฐานะทางเศรษฐกิจ สถานภาพทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมชุมชน ตลอดจนระดับการพัฒนาทางจิตใจ อารมณ์ ของผู้ประสบปัญหา ความรังเกียจของชุมชนจะมากหรือน้อยขึ้นอยู่กับความสัมพันธ์ทางเครือญาติ ความเป็นเพื่อน และสถานภาพทางสังคมหรือเศรษฐกิจ แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่ผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนมีความปรารถนาเหมือนกัน คือ ให้ชุมชนทราบว่าเขาหายจากโรคนี้แล้ว และปฏิบัติต่อเขาเหมือนคนพิการประเภทอื่นๆ จากการศึกษาในระยะแรกยังพบว่า ในชุมชนมีผู้พิการอื่น ๆ จำนวนหนึ่ง ซึ่งสมควรได้รับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพเช่นกัน ในระยะที่สอง เป็นการพัฒนารูปแบบของการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพโดยชุมชน ในเบื้องต้นผู้วิจัยได้จัดให้มีการสนทนากลุ่มย่อยแก่ผู้ที่สนใจเรื่องผู้พิการในชุมชนหลายครั้ง ได้ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องโรคเรื้อนที่ถูกต้อง และสามารถกระตุ้นให้ผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อน ผู้พิการ/ครอบครัว ผู้นำชุมชน และอาสาสมัคร ได้รับทราบปัญหาของผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อน และผู้พิการในชุมชน ร่วมกันวางแผนหาแนวทางดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาขึ้น และจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้แก่ชุมชน ในระยะเวลาประมาณ 6 เดือน ชุมชนจึงได้จัดตั้งกลุ่มพัฒนาผู้พิการขึ้นทั้ง 2 หมู่บ้าน และเกิดกิจกรรมหลายอย่างตามมา เช่น การสำรวจผู้พิการในชุมชน การนำผู้พิการไปตรวจที่โรงพยาบาล การจดทะเบียนผู้พิการ การตั้งกองทุนช่วยเหลือและสงเคราะห์ผู้พิการ การจัดตั้งร้านค้าชุมชนที่มีผู้พิการช่วยขาย และสร้างศูนย์พัฒนาผู้พิการในหมู่บ้าน เป็นต้น โดยสรุป รูปแบบในการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนในชุมชนเริ่มปรากฏเป็นรูปธรรมชัดเจน โดยผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันของชุมชนเพื่อที่จะช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนเช่นเดียวกับผู้พิการประเภทอื่น ๆ และให้โอกาสแก่ผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อน ผู้พิการ และครอบครัวของผู้พิการ ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานทุกขั้นตอน จนสามารถจัดกิจกรรมแก่ผู้ประสบปัญหาจากโรคเรื้อนควบคู่ไปกับผู้พิการอื่น ๆ ในการดำเนินงานต้องใช้เวลาในการปรับเปลี่ยนทัศนคติ และสร้างทักษะในการพึ่งตนเองของผู้พิการ โดยต้องอาศัยความเข้มแข็งขององค์กร การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ-เอกชน และชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้พิการ http://digital.nlt.go.th/dlib/files/original/3d37c172712cf1bd467bb9dfe6fadc12.pdf 454bd286b33610c63258c7c8586e7714 Dublin Core The Dublin Core metadata element set is common to all Omeka records, including items, files, and collections.
