Study of communication process on health campaign Abstract A summary of the resource. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสื่อสารการรณรงค์ขององค์กรภาครัฐ เอกชน ธุรกิจ และท้องถิ่นหรือชุมชน ผู้นำหรือผู้ปฏิบัติงานรณรงค์และกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการรณรงค์ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยมีเกณฑ์ในการเลือกเพื่อศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ 106 โครงการ และเชิงคุณภาพ 20 โครงการที่รณรงค์เกี่ยวกับการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพตามนโยบาย 5 อ. คือ อาหาร การออกกำลังกาย อารมณ์ อโรคยา และอนามัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม SPSS และจัดทำฐานข้อมูลโดยใช้ Microsoft Access เพื่อสะดวกในการเรียกใช้ ส่วนการเสนอข้อมูลการวิจัยนำเสนอเป็นอัตราส่วนร้อยละ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก สนทนากลุ่ม และการสังเกตการณ์อย่างไม่มีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและตีความหมาย นำเสนอผล โดยการพรรณา สรุปผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กระบวนการสื่อสารการรณรงค์ด้านสุขภาพ ขององค์กรต่างๆ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการสื่อสารสองทางเนื้อหาเป็นเรื่อง การออกกำลังกาย การเผยแพร่ความรู้และจิตสำนึกเรื่องสุขภาพและเรื่องอาหาร สื่อที่ใช้คือสื่อบุคคล สื่อเฉพาะกิจและสื่อมวลชน ผลของการรณรงค์คือกลุ่มเป้าหมายส่วนใหญ่รับรู้สนใจตระหนัก แต่ยังขาดจิตสำนึกและการปฏิบัติตนด้านสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง 2. การสร้างพลังการรณรงค์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพประสิทธิผลได้นั้น ผู้ส่งสารต้องมีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีจิตสาธารณะ สารควรจะเป็นเรื่องสุขภาพองค์รวม สื่อ เป็นสื่อบุคคล และสื่อผสม ผู้รับสารต้องเป็นผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการสื่อสารการรณรงค์ 3. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการรณรงค์ด้านสุขภาพ คือผู้นำ แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม งบประมาณ การส่วนร่วม และการสื่อสารแบบมีส่วนร่วม การสร้างเครือข่ายและการสื่อสารเครือข่าย การสร้างสุขภาพองค์รวมและการรณรงค์สู่ชุมชน โดยชุมชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง หรือเป็นสำคัญ
