เรื่องที่ 364 พระคัมภีร์ใบลานนี้ ได้มาจากวัดบุญญวาสวิหาร ต.ท่าใหม่ อ.ท่าใหม่ เมื่อวันที่ 14 มกราคม 2532 เป็นคัมภีร์อักษรขอมทั้งผูก ชื่อเรื่องแปลเป็นภาษาบาลี-ไทย ตัวอักษรหนังสือเป็นเส้นจาร ฉบับล่องชาด ไม้ประกับธรรมดา มีทั้งหมด 15 ผูก
เนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับธรรมะ พระอสีติมหาสาวก คือ พระสาวกผู้ใหญ่ 80 องค์ของพระพุทธเจ้า คำว่า "อสีติมหาสาวก" เป็นคำสมาสประกอบด้วยคำ "อสีติ" และ "มหาสาวก" คำว่า "อสีติ" แปลว่า แปดสิบ ส่วน "อสีติ" ประกอบด้วยคำว่า "มหา" ซึ่งเป็นคุณศัพท์แปลว่า ใหญ่, มาก, สำคัญ และคำว่า "สาวก" ซึ่งเป็น คำนามกิตก์ ประกอบรูปมาจากธาตุ "สุ" (ฟัง) ลง ณฺวุ ปัจจัย สำเร็จรูปเป็น "สาวก" แปลว่า "ผู้ฟัง"
